Poured in Place Rubber Surface
Our rubber coating is a premium mixture of rubber and UV resistant Resin that is prepared on site and spread smoothly by installers. The rubber coating produces a very strong rubber surface that looks great, feels soft under the foot and offers one of the safest surfaces for your home or business.
Our rubber can work as an independent product or as a top layer for worn-out surfaces, using it as an excellent substrate. This avoids the need for costly demolition, removal and disposal.
What are EPDM Rubber Granules?
Ethylene propylene diene monomer is a form of synthetic rubber. Granules are made from virgin EPDM and stand up well against UV rays. EPDM also has great aging resistance, durable against extreme temperature and weather conditions. EPDM has a high resistance to water and common chemicals.
Where can the rubber coating be installed?
Our rubber coating adheres directly to any solid substrate material including concrete, asphalt, epoxy stone, brick, wood, steel, tarmac, chipboard and aluminum. Surface blemishes are easily filled and eliminated without jackhammers or other bothersome equipment.
What are the main features?
Safety – Our rubber coating is skid-resistant when wet, much like your bath mat which makes rubber safety surfacing perfect for wet deck applications.
Maintenance – The rubber is stain resistant and cleans with ordinary soap and water.
UV Resistant – We use a resin that is resistant to UV and will not amber.
How is it installed?
The Rubber is mixed on site and troweled by craftsmen to a uniform thickness over your new or existing surface to create a beautiful, seamless finish. Special rubber safety surfacing materials are skillfully used for custom logos and designs. Our Rubber surface can also be applied to angular surfaces, like coping around a pool or stair faces.
